Etiquette reminder

Dear everyone, please take a little time to read our “Etiquette” section before coming along to the session. We try to be as welcoming as possible to everyone, but we’ve found on occasions there has been a bit of friction between players, which is not what we want and makes us a little uncomfortable. Please do be kind to each other, or we will ask someone scarier than us, to ask you to leave. Please also remember that just because you can play a tune really fast and loud, it doesn’t mean you have to. The best music to listen to is dynamic and has good tone. It pulses or swings and is neither brash nor overbearing. We think that making music together requires you to be able to listen and hear your fellow pickers. Complement, not compete. Thank you kindly.

Do you have, or know anyone that has a jam this Sunday, 12 April?
I lead a weekly jam in Madrid and will be in the Albion this weekend.
    Thanks,
